Jonathan Vong is 27 years old and a Full Time Online Coach out of Los Angeles working with both men and women for prep or lifestyle coaching. He’s an esteemed online health and fitness coach with over 10 years of experience in online fitness coaching. Through my extensive background in bodybuilding and powerlifting, coupled with a passion for fitness, I’ve empowered hundreds of people to achieve their health and fitness goals.

From being very skinny to fit, and from overweight to ripped, I’ve been through it all. This journey has taught me a lot about motivation, nutrition, and training properly to make sustainable lifestyle changes for a happier and healthier life.

I understand everyone’s path is different, which is why I focus on customized lifestyle solutions that work best for you. Let’s break through what’s holding you back and unlock your full potential!

Chandler Stallworth

Vitality Athletics Coach

Chandler is all about lifestyle optimization. His passion is to change habits and not just the physical form. He is a firm believer in staying ready so you never have to get ready.

He began coaching people at the age of 19 and was a master trainer at a local gym. In his youth, he grew up feeling insecure about his own body and actually completely overlooked the sport of bodybuilding. A family friend recognized his potential as he got older and convinced him to do an NPC show, which he was awarded 1st place in two back to back competitions.

From contest prep to lifestyle clients, Chandler has helped countless people in body recomposition, hormone regulation, and fixing the micro gut biome.

With a passion for fitness that began eight years ago, I have dedicated myself to the art and science of bodybuilding, competing since my first show and continuing to challenge myself to this day. For over six years, I have embraced the role of a coach, specializing in guiding busy individuals aged 25 to 45 through the intricate balance of work, family, and personal goals. My expertise lies in teaching the importance of nourishing your body with the right foods to maintain energy and focus throughout the day. I am J3U Level 1 certified and have completed the J3U Advanced Athlete Female Module, ensuring that my clients receive informed, effective, and personalized coaching tailored to their unique needs and lifestyles.
